Our positive balanced approach combines teaching, encouragement, clear expectations, and individualized guidance. We help you understand your dog while building habits that fit daily life.

Puppy foundations, leash manners, household boundaries, reactivity, and obedience can all be part of the conversation. The first step is an evaluation of your goals, your dog, and the way you work together.

The evaluation

A one-on-one conversation to discuss your concerns, expectations, and goals. We meet your dog and help identify the program that makes sense for your situation. Allow 30–60 minutes.

Evaluation deposits are non-refundable. Travel and equipment costs may apply.

One team at a time

Solo sessions

Learn one-on-one with your dog. We work through handling, communication, and the situations that matter to you, with time for questions and practice.

Sessions last 30–60 minutes. Four-week and six-week programs provide one lesson each week, with work to carry into your day between lessons.

One lesson: $100
Four weeks: $400
Six weeks: $600

Refine the everyday

Manners & focused training

Work on a specific behavior or build on skills your dog already knows. Sessions can focus on leash manners, household habits, handling, or preparing for more advanced work.

These focused sessions last 30 minutes, with one lesson per week. Discuss your goals with us so that the plan and any equipment suit your dog.

One lesson: $100
Four weeks: $400

Stay connected

Video sessions

Get support through a video call when you have a question, want to review your practice, or cannot meet in person. Sessions are arranged around the topic you need help with.

Choose 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Video support is a way to keep the conversation going and work through questions about your training plan.

15 minutes: $20
30 minutes: $40
45 minutes: $60

Equipment sent home is additional. Visits outside the Grand Rapids area may include a $10 travel charge plus $1.50 per mile. Confirm the plan and total cost before booking.
